Location: can be in your own home or outdoors. I offer Fresh 48 (hospital newborn) packages as well.
In home I recommend doing in their first 2 weeks. Outdoor more lifestyle can be anywhere up to 12 weeks.
I am more than happy to come to you however there may be a small travel fee of 80c per km one way.
